Community Nursury Bed in Kashojwa for Nakivale Green Evironment (NGE) Group supported by Nsamizi.

The refugees are taught the best ways of conserving the environment. Environmental conservation activities under the environment sector include planting trees, wetland demarcations, sensitization of the communities about the benefits of conserving the environment, and training the community on environmental conservation and other ways of generating energy to reduce the cutting down of forests. Charcoal briquette making has greatly reduced the need for charcoal or firewood for cooking.
